MEGAN F. NOGLE

Attorney

Megan is a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and fiduciaries, providing counsel on a wide range of estate planning matters.  Megan works closely with clients to design comprehensive estate plans and tax efficient strategies to meet her clients’ wealth transfer and charitable goals.  Megan also helps fiduciaries and surviving family members navigate the complexities of trust and probate administration matters.

Megan also counsels private foundations and public charities, supporting those organizations at every step.  Megan’s work includes formation of new tax-exempt organizations and advising those organizations on all aspects of nonprofit corporate governance and ongoing tax compliance.

Prior to joining Brian Berman Law, Megan spent over 15 years at Greenberg Glusker LLP, where she was an attorney in the Private Client Services Group.  While at Greenberg Glusker, Megan gained invaluable experience advising ultra high net worth families in all aspects of estate planning and counseling nonprofit organizations of all types.

Megan’s dedication to service extends beyond her estate planning practice. Megan plays an active role in providing legal support to underserved communities. She has worked extensively with the Alliance for Children’s Rights, helping families secure essential resources for children in foster care, finalize adoptions, and establish guardianships. She has also partnered with Bet Tzedek’s Holocaust Survivors Justice Network, aiding Holocaust survivors in obtaining long-overdue reparations and social security benefits.

When Megan is not working, you will likely find her enjoying the outdoors in the Conejo Valley with her husband and three young children.
